Focusing on the positive LIGHT

My musings this time are for those who are going through emotional hard times like me.
Let us focus on the positive LIGHT and move on with FAITH in God. May God guide us all in His LIGHT of mercy, love and serenity so that we may abide in His COMFORT zone.

When we feel our whole life crushing, don’t give up,try talking to ourselves that the dawn is near and when we see things around us falling apart, try to wake up, trust in God and move on. I am experiencing hurtful falls, bleeding without healing,  giving without getting and I am sure some of us also feel the same way at times…so let us be self motivated, appreciate the other amazing blessings that God has granted us, so move on, think, walk and breath in the positive light as people living in the positive life are always successful, happy, thoughtful and serene….

Light is from God and  the positive side is light, and the negative side is darkness, so let us stay on the positive side even if the area is small, focus our hearts, minds and soul to the positive light. There might be lots of negative sides in us or surrounding us, but if we focus on one positive element it can make us bloom in the positive aura. Avoid negative self talk and foster positive self talk.
When we focus on one positive thing, we will be motivated and the positivism aura will make us move on with strength..but as humans we always fall back and easily dwell on mistakes and regrets, so we must never give up, keep trying to lit the positive light, if the light starts to dim, focus on efforts to ignite the positive light…Try  new ideas, hobbies or activities,  try something new, or join a program, go for vacation  with the intention to brighten our positive light. Try to keep ourselves occupied  to ignite the positive light and try to stay strong by seeking God's mercy.

Besides that, focus on gratitude…scientific researchers have revealed  that gratitude really does make us happier..so thank the people around us for their help, for any simple deeds, look at their good sides, and stop looking on their negative sides.

Stay with friends who have positive aura as they can comfort us and we will be inspired by them. They are the rare ones, preserve the friendship as through them we will learn the art of understanding human hearts, the art of simulating positive mind set, the art of energizing our souls with positive self esteem and caring for one another.  But most of all, try to give more than receiving…when we experience the slight joy and comfort, start smiling and share our dim joy and try to bring happiness to others as the more we give the more we receive, eventually our dim joy will be brighten and make us grow amazingly in God's positive LIGHT …all by His will.
From my heart,
With much light and serenity,
Nur

Assalamualaikum Sis,
This is very true indeed, not only for new reverts, but also born Muslims....I would like to share this verse from the Quran which described exactly why we are tried....

" Do men think that they will be left alone on saying, we believe, and not be tried?".
"And certainly We tried those before them, so Allah will certainly know those who are true and He will certainly know the liars."

Al-Ankaboot 29:2-3

Waalaikumussalam sis, thank you for your comment...its much appreciated...."The chemistry of mind is different from the chemistry of love. The mind is careful, suspicious, he advances little by little. He advises “Be careful, protect yourself” Whereas love says “Let yourself, go!” The mind is strong, never falls down, while love hurts itself, falls into ruins. But is it not in ruins that we mostly find the treasures? A broken heart hides so many treasures". Shams Tabrizi
