Trust the Process

Along the journey of our lives, we may turn to a pathway that makes us unable to move to achieve our aims in life. We may be stuck as we are not able to grow. At these times, never waste our energy and time to seek validation from others and to give explanation to them, just keep moving to achieve our aims in life. There is wisdom behind the situation and when we focus on our aims, we are able to see why God places us in the situation. We may not like the situation, but we can learn from the unpleasantness that can make us more inspired to achieve our aims. Hope and trust in God along the process, never get attached to people who never understands us and also places that can drain our energy and inspiration. Keep moving by focusing on our aims and eventually God will definitely open a new pathway that directs us to grow professionally. Hope in God and have courage to move to a better place. Trust the process, keep moving.

Resilience on the Journey of Life

Brisk walk at Putrajaya, Malaysia
In every trials and tribulations there's God's special mercy. Having patience and making efforts are essential to keep the momentum on the journey of life, but having resilience is also needed to stay focused on our journey. This is our own journey of life but we are not alone if we consistently seek God in whatever conditions we go through.  There will be foggy and gloomy days when we cannot see the direction of our journey and at these moments we can  lose our hope, so seek God's help to redirect, refocus as we need to recover in order to continue our journey with hope. Yes, seek the gift of resilience from God. Resilience is one of the gifts God gives us to stay focused and to keep our momentum on the journey of our life and as we take time to recover, be grateful as gratitude heals.

When words inspire the heart

my positive affirmation written few years ago which still inspires me

.

Challenges in life is never ending but Blessings in life is also never ending. Sometimes words can hurt us and sometimes words heal and inspire us to keep moving. Writing positive affirmative words really helps as self affirmation helps to mitigate the effects of stress, overcome negative thoughts and manage emotions. Words have power to move us, they inspire us to keep the energy when we meet challenges in life. Sometimes reading again the positive self affirmative words we once wrote can refresh, reenergize and help us to refocus on the purpose of our life to heal and help others heal. Words can always inspire if we deeply contemplate on them as they are truly blessings of inspiration. Sometimes when I feel overwhelmed, I read again my positive affirmations. This is one of the positive affirmations I wrote few years ago when I was going through the storms of life. I still read it to keep my momentum going as challenges are always there but blessing are never ending.

Focus on God

Focus on God earnestly by keeping the momentum wholeheartedly on the journey of our life. God definitely guides and helps us if we reach out to Him. Seek Him always, seek His forgiveness, His protection. Reach out to Him always and He will always open His doors of mercy to guide us compassionately as He is the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.

LIVING WITH GOOD THOUGHTS

[Lessons learned from Bediuzzaman Said Nursi’s Risale-i Nur (Treatise of Light)]

In order stay healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually we need to make positive actions consistently every day. Managing our well-being carefully is very important as it leads to a healthy life-style free of worries to be filled with joy. Focusing on good things is not easy, but we can make great efforts by making small daily practices day by day by filtering our thoughts and unfollowing negative thoughts as well as following and filling our hearts and minds with positive thoughts. We live is a challenging world and we face harsh moments in life. We need to be mindful; never let this unhealthy environment make us stuck; make positive actions that can make us grow healthily. Look around us and search for beauty that reflects God’s infinite mercy and endless compassion. Appreciating what God has given us is a good practice of gratitude that helps us to maintain good thoughts for healthy growth. Make our ultimate aim as seeking God as He is the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful who always takes great care of us. These positive actions will strengthen our center of gravity which is to seek God. So, let us keep moving, keep growing and keep the momentum by looking at the good side of everything.

LOOK ON THE GOOD SIDE OF EVERYTHING
The blessed and intelligent person went on his way, suffered no distress. Due to his fine morals, he thought of good things and imagined good things. Everything was friendly and familiar to him. He did not suffer any difficulty and hardship for he knew the order and followed it. He found it easy. He went on his way freely and in peace and in protection. Then he came across a garden where he observes the lovely flowers and fruits as he acted according to the rule, “look on the good side of everything.” The sensible person is he who acts according to the rule: “Take what is pleasant and clear, and leave what is distressing and turbid,” and goes on his way with tranquillity of heart
(Risale-i Nur-The Words).

The lovers of God never lose hope in His mercy

As humans we are weak and in need of help and when we turn to God, His help comes in many unexpected ways. It's amazingly true, God’s help comes in many beautiful surprising ways as He always helps us if we seek Him. He provides us and nurtures us, He feeds us and gives us to drink, He guards us and protects us, He preserves and defends us, He grants us success and guidance, He enriches us, shelters us and befriends us. Wish is a Strong Hope

"Nurture a strong hope of God's Mercy; hope may induce striving and work and a person will not despair of Divine Mercy" Bediuzzaman Said Nursi.

Wish is a strong hope that keeps us  focused, and if we put strong hope in God’s Divine Mercy, we will attain an extraordinary strength that keeps us moving to reach our aims and we will be successful when we keep trusting in God’s immense power, His unconditional love, His infinite mercy and His endless compassion for each of His creations.

Each day is a gift

Each new day is a door to a new world
(The Words, p. 280)

Each new day is a beautiful gift from God; let us learn to accept the gift; let us open it with great joy and with deep appreciation, trusting that the door of each new day opens for us to keep on learning; believing that only the Giver of life can teach us the true meaning of life.

This is freedom

Bismillah
Sharing my final musings in my final months
in Universiti Putra Malaysia (2006-2016).
Someone asked me: How do you feel after you have converted to Islam? I answered: I feel free. How do you feel after you have been deprived of your rights? I answered: I feel free. How do you feel being thrown into the middle of the ocean? I answered: I feel free. How do you feel being pushed down from a 24 story building? I answered: I feel free. How do you feel when you are left on your own searching for the meaning of life and quest for knowledge? I answered: I feel free. How do you feel being an immigrant? I answered: I feel free.
Then the person said: But why my friend???

Live and Believe

In the name of our Most Merciful,Compassionate God
Positive people attracts us while negative people distracts us,
Positive actions encourages us while negative actions discourages us
Positive aura is inspiring but negative aura is draining
Stay close to the positive ones and avoid the negative ones.
Never let them ‘burn’ our energy, ‘kill’ our enthusiasm
Just be strong, move on with passion and full Trust in God
Keep striving; we will never be deprived of mercy and compassion
As God is the Most Merciful,Most Compassionate,
Seek His touch of love and His touch of mercy,
Believe in what we are doing; believe that God’s Promises are true
Only the believers are those who have survived

A home in Jannah.........

This world is not our home.
We are travelers in the wilderness of life
This world is just a guesthouse.
"Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate (from the truth) after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from You. Truly, You are the Bestower." (Q3:8)

O my Lord, build for my children and me a home in Your presence in Jannat-ul-Firdaus.

God's Touch of Mercy...

Nothing is difficult for God. His command is only, when He wills a thing to be, He says to it "Be!" and it is, (Q36:82)

Life is beautiful when we Trust that God is in control of everything...

There are times when the going gets tough, never stop, just keep moving with strong Trust in God.

God is in control of everything. We have nothing but His Mercy, we want nothing but His pleasure, we seek nothing but His love.

Intimacy time with Risale i Nur
So, keep moving with efforts and striving to seek His redha in everything that we do  as we hope nothing but His Touch of Mercy...

Trust in God, He is always with us in running the race of life...He is our Strength, our Hope, our Love.

Nurture a strong hope of God's Mercy...Hope may induce striving and work...and a person will not despair of Divine Mercy- Said Nursi

True Success is from Allah

Allah is our Only Protector and the Only One Who will reward us the supreme success:
“There (on the Day of Resurrection) the (only) protection comes from Allâh the True One.  He is the Best to reward and the Best to give success.”  (Q 18:44).
Trust in Allah as  "... Allâh will not fail in His promise." (Q 13:31).

Video recording at Rustempasa Madrasa, Istanbul, Turkey
Look at the beautiful side of things,
Allah’s help is actually coming in many beautiful ways..Masha Allah
